We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your PostPartum Clean™ system for any reason simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return and we will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us immediately at [your support email] with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner. If your order is confirmed lost we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons opened or used disposable brush heads cannot be returned. However if you are unsatisfied with the product performance please contact us and we will find a solution.
